How Much Will a New Deck Cost?

How much your new deck will cost is determined by the size of space, accessories, materials, and a few other things such as timing. Our pricing is very competitive. Do You have a Minimum Service?

At this time we do not have a minimum service fee. Our best suggestion is to give us a call for a free rough estimate – we can share with you time frames, budgets, materials, and answer any other general questions you have. If you feel we are a good fit, we can come out to give you a very competitive quote for services.

What materials do you use?

We can provide several different materials for your decks – depending on your needs. Each wood material has its own characteristics, advantages, and considerations. Of course we offer wood decks but we also offer composite decking options – if there is a type of material you are specifically interested in using, give us a call – we can talk through pros, costs, and timelines so you can make the best decision for your home.

Do you sub-contract out your work?

Our team is made up of internal staff members on our payroll, but we do sometimes use specialty trade contractors, when required. Don’t worry though, your point of contact will always be one person within our team. We handle the entire installation process including coordinating installers, technicians, and vendors.

Can You Build a deck from architectural plans I have already paid for?

Yes, of course! And if you do not have plans and need some – we will take care of that for you, as well.

Will I need a permit for my deck?

For minor alterations and repairs, you will not need a permit – give us a call, let’s chat about your project – and we can guide you on whether or not the project you are considering will need to have architectural plans and permits obtained. We can also talk with you about timelines and budgets over the phone. Our phone consults are no charge and no pressure!
