FAQ's

Do I need to have plans ready for the project?

No, you do not need to have architectural plans or engineered plans for us to assist. We have the capacity to take care of any required plan development that is required. We also assist with obtaining permits.

Can you build from the plans I have already paid for

Absolutely! If you need an estimate and already have plans, send them over to us and we can get you a quote. Be aware, is highly likely we will need to perform a site visit to give you a competitive estimate.

Do You have a Minimum Service?

We do not have a minimum service fee at this time, give us a call and let’s talk about your project – we can give you a rough budget over the phone to see if we might be a good fit. Our framing services are very competitively priced.

Do you sub-contract out your work?

Our team is made up of internal staff members on our payroll, but we do sometimes use specialty trade contractors, when required. Don’t worry though, your point of contact will always be one person within our team. We handle the entire installation process including coordinating installers, technicians, and vendors.

Will I need a permit?

Whenever structural alterations are being made to a building, permits are required. The good news, we can help you through that process!
